Yuriy founded Prime Floors LLC with a simple goal: deliver flooring and remodeling work that he'd be proud to put in his own home. After 10 years installing floors across the South Sound, he's seen what cuts corners look like — and built his business to be the opposite.
Today he leads a small, tight-knit crew installing hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate, and tile in homes from Kent and Puyallup out to Auburn, Federal Way, Tacoma, and Renton. Every project starts with Yuriy walking the space himself — measuring, checking subfloor conditions, and giving you a straight answer about what your home actually needs.
When he's not on a job site, you'll find him with his family enjoying the Pacific Northwest he calls home.
